The Liverpool Support Group meet on the last Saturday of the month , here at the Walton centre in Fazakarely.The full address is Outpatients Dept, Ground floor, The Walton Centre, Lower La, Liverpool, Merseyside, L9 7LJ The hospital is close to the motorways and the East Lancs Rd.

Coming from Manchester toward Liverpool on M62 Take the exit off the M62 onto A5300 Continue on M57 At junction 6, exit toward Fazakerley/Kirkby/A506 At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto A506/Valley Rd heading to Fazakerley
